烟酰胺腺嘌呤二核苷酸磷酸(nicotinamide-adenine dinucleotide phosphate,NADPH)氧化酶是人体内广泛存在的一种过氧化物酶,其主要功能是参与氧化呼吸链,催化O2还原为O2-,是细胞内介导活性氧簇(reactive oxygen spieces,ROS)生成的主要成分,ROS参与多种细胞内信号转导途径,引发宿主防御、炎症反应、细胞增生和肥大、血管生成等过程.研究表明,NADPH氧化酶通过ROS的产生与ALI、COPD、肺动脉高压、特发性肺纤维化及心血管疾病等的发生发展密切相关.本文就NADPH氧化酶与呼吸系统常见疾病的关系作一综述.
煙酰胺腺嘌呤二覈苷痠燐痠(nicotinamide-adenine dinucleotide phosphate,NADPH)氧化酶是人體內廣汎存在的一種過氧化物酶,其主要功能是參與氧化呼吸鏈,催化O2還原為O2-,是細胞內介導活性氧簇(reactive oxygen spieces,ROS)生成的主要成分,ROS參與多種細胞內信號轉導途徑,引髮宿主防禦、炎癥反應、細胞增生和肥大、血管生成等過程.研究錶明,NADPH氧化酶通過ROS的產生與ALI、COPD、肺動脈高壓、特髮性肺纖維化及心血管疾病等的髮生髮展密切相關.本文就NADPH氧化酶與呼吸繫統常見疾病的關繫作一綜述.

Nicotinamide-adenine dinucleotide phosphate (NADPH) oxidases are a kind of peroxidase in the human body,which is mainly involved in oxidative respiratory chain,catalyzing reduction from O2 to O2,as well as the main component for mediating the generation of intracellular reactive oxygen spieces (ROS).ROS is involved in a variety of intraeellular signal transduction pathways,initiating host defense,inflammation,cell proliferation and hypertrophy,angiogenesis,and other processes.Studies have shown that NADPH oxidases are closely related to the occurrence and development of acute lung injury,chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,pulmonary hypertension,idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis,and cardiovascular diseases through ROS generation.In this paper,relations between NADPH oxidase and common diseases of the respiratory system are reviewed.
