内皮素是一种血管内皮细胞产生的肽类物质,具有很强的收缩血管作用.内皮素和其受体在肿瘤的发生发展中发挥着重要的作用,包括血管生成、间质反应、内皮间叶转化、凋亡、侵袭、转移和化学耐药.近年来研究发现内皮素在肺癌的发病过程中起着重要的作用,与肺癌的生长和转移密切相关.本文就内皮素在肺癌中的研究进展作一综述.

Endothelin is isolated from the culture media of aortic endothelial cells,which has strong vasoconstrictive function.Endothelins and their associated receptors play roles in the development and progression of cancer,including angiogenesis,stromal reaction,epithelial mesenchymal transitions,apoptosis,invasion,metastases,and chemoresistance.Recently endothelin has been reported to play an important role in lung cancer and confirmed to be involved in the growth and metastasis of lung cancer.In this review,we summarize the roles of endothelin in the progression and metastasis of lung cancer.
