皮层肌动蛋白(Cortactin)是一种细胞骨架蛋白,通过细胞运动、细胞外基质降解、失巢凋亡及肿瘤细胞与细胞微环境基质之间黏附等多种途径参与肿瘤侵袭和转移.最近研究表明,Cortactin在非小细胞肺癌、结直肠癌、食管癌、肝癌、乳腺癌、骨肉瘤等肿瘤组织中过度表达,与多种肿瘤的侵袭和转移密切相关.本文就Cortactin的结构、在肿瘤侵袭和转移中的作用及与非小细胞肺癌的关系作一综述.

Cortactin is a kind of cytoskeletal protein.It involves in tumor invasion and metastasis by cell motility,extracelhlar matrix degradation,anoikis,cell adhesion between tumor ceils and stromal microenvironment and other pathways.Recent studies have shown that Cortactin is overexpressed in many malignant tumors,including non small cell lung cancer,colorectal carcinoma,esophageal squamous cell carcinoma,hepatocellular tumor,breast cancer,and osteosarcoma.This review summarizes the structure,role in tumor invasion and metastasis,and relationship with non-small cell lung cancer of Cortactin.
