目的 研究诱导支气管哮喘(简称哮喘)患者痰中IL-25、胸腺基质淋巴细胞生成素(thymic stromal lymphopoietin,TSLP)指标改变的临床价值.方法 选取2012年10月至2013年12月泰山医学院附属医院就诊的哮喘患者52例作为哮喘组,另取52例健康查体者为正常对照组.按照常规方法收集诱导痰标本,应用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)对两组痰中IL-25以及TSLP水平进行检测,对比两组的水平差异.同时对于哮喘组患者均行抗炎药物治疗15d左右之后,检测外周血单核细胞(PBMCs)中的CD40、CD80、CD86表达水平,进行治疗前后两组表达水平.结果 哮喘组患者诱导痰中TSLP以及IL-25水平分别为(2.49±0.46) μg/L,(294.38±79.84) ng/L,均显著高于对照组的(1.45±0.36) μg/L和(181.38土56.73)ng/L,差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05).哮喘患者治疗后PBMCs中CD40、CD80、CD86的表达分别为(18.9±3.6),(30.9±2.9)及(38.7±4.5),均显著低于治疗前的(29.1±4.7),(30.9±2.9)及(38.7±4.5),差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 诱导哮喘患者痰中IL-25、TSLP指标改变的临床价值极高,为今后的哮喘治疗提供了新途径.

목적 연구유도지기관효천(간칭효천)환자담중IL-25、흉선기질림파세포생성소(thymic stromal lymphopoietin,TSLP)지표개변적림상개치.방법 선취2012년10월지2013년12월태산의학원부속의원취진적효천환자52례작위효천조,령취52례건강사체자위정상대조조.안조상규방법수집유도담표본,응용매련면역흡부법(ELISA)대량조담중IL-25이급TSLP수평진행검측,대비량조적수평차이.동시대우효천조환자균행항염약물치료15d좌우지후,검측외주혈단핵세포(PBMCs)중적CD40、CD80、CD86표체수평,진행치료전후량조표체수평.결과 효천조환자유도담중TSLP이급IL-25수평분별위(2.49±0.46) μg/L,(294.38±79.84) ng/L,균현저고우대조조적(1.45±0.36) μg/L화(181.38토56.73)ng/L,차이균유통계학의의(P＜0.05).효천환자치료후PBMCs중CD40、CD80、CD86적표체분별위(18.9±3.6),(30.9±2.9)급(38.7±4.5),균현저저우치료전적(29.1±4.7),(30.9±2.9)급(38.7±4.5),차이균유통계학의의(P＜0.05).결론 유도효천환자담중IL-25、TSLP지표개변적림상개치겁고,위금후적효천치료제공료신도경.
Objective To study the clinical value of interleukin-25 (IL-25),thymic stromal lymphopoietin (TSLP) induced index change in sputum from patients with bronchial asthma (asthma).Methods Selected 52 cases hospitalized asthmatic patients from 2012 October to 2013 December in our hospital as asthma group,and another 52 cases of healthy persons as normal control group.According to the conventional method of collecting induced sputum specimens,two group of IL-25 in sputum and (thymic stromal lymphopoietin) TSLP level by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay were detected,compared the differences between the two group level.At the same time for asthma patients underwent anti-inflammatory medication for 15 days,the peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) in the detection of CD40,CD80,CD86 expression,the expression level of two groups before and after treatment.Results The asthma patients in induced sputum in TSLP and IL-25 levels were (2.49±0.46) μg/L,(294.38±79.84) ng/L,was significantly higher than those in control group (1.45 ±0.36) μg/L and (181.38± 56.73) ng/L.The differences were statistically significant (P ＜0.05).Expression of PBMCs in asthmatic patients after treatment,CD40,CD80,CD86 were (18.9±3.6),(30.9±2.9) and (38.7± 4.5),was significantly lower than that before treatment (29.1±4.7),(30.9±2.9) and (38.7±4.5),the differences were statistically significant (P ＜0.05).Conclusions The clinical value of induced high IL-25,TSLP index change in sputum from patients with asthma,provides a new way for the treatment of asthma in the future.
