目的了解本地成年支气管哮喘(简称哮喘)患者疾病控制水平、治疗依从情况及影响依从性的因素.方法调查哈尔滨市内3所三甲医院2012年8月至2013年3月间就诊的已确诊哮喘患者,年龄18～80岁,利用自制问卷进行问卷调查.结果共调查患者121例,治疗依从率为39.66％;受调查患者疾病控制水平与其依从性呈正相关(P＜0.05);受调查患者依从性与其性别、职业、学历无相关(P＞0.05);与其年龄、家庭监督情况相关(P＜0.05).结论受调查患者尤其是老年及无家属监督患者依从性较差.要加强对患者尤其年老患者及其家属的宣传教育,采取措施增加患者对哮喘疾病的重视程度.

Objective To know whether the local bronchial asthma (asthma) patients is complying with doctor or not and what is it affected by.Methods A self-designed questionnaire was used to test the compliance of a total of 121 adult asthma patients.Results The rate of patients' compliance is 39.66％.The condition of patients' disease controlling is connected with their compliance (P ＜0.05).The main factors which influence patients' compliance are age and supervision (P ＜ 0.05).And patients' compliance is unconcerned with their sex,profession or education background (P ＞0.05).Conclusions The compliance of patients,especially those who are old or without supervisor is not good.For this reason,some measures should be taken immediately.
