阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停(OSA)是近年来较为常见的一种疾病,可以引起多系统病变.OSA导致的认知功能障碍也越来越受到重视.低氧血症和睡眠结构紊乱诱导的氧化应激和炎症反应等被认为是OSA患者发生认知功能障碍的主要机制.目前一个新的假说强调,在OSA的患者中孤束核的炎症和结构异常在触发记忆和认知功能障碍亦可能发挥举足轻重的作用.因此,进一步研究OSA导致认知功能障碍的病理机制及与孤束核病变的关系,将为OSA患者并发认知功能障碍的防治提供一新视角.

Obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) is a common disease in recent years,and it can cause multiple system lesions.Cognitive dysfunction caused by OSA are getting more and more attention.Oxidative stress and inflammatory reaction induced by hypoxemia and sleep structure disorder was consider the main mechanism of the OSA patients with cognitive impairment.At present,a new hypothesis emphasizes that the inflammation and structural abnormalities in the nucleus tractus solitarii may play an important role in the trigger memory and cognitive dysfunction in patients with OSA.Therefore,we further summarize the relation between pathological mechanism of cognitive dysfunction caused by OSA and the nucleus tractus solitarii lesions,and it will provide a new perspective for the prevention and treatment of cognitive dysfunction in patients with OSA.
