Impulse oscillometry is a kind of new technique with good development prospect and high clinical application value.It is a simple and straightforward method of measuring of respiratory resistance,be able to measure respiratory resistance directly,noninvasive,good repeatability,and the result can wholly reflect respiratory physiology situation of patients,and meanwhile it is able to distinguish the obstructive positions and the severities vividly.It is proved by clinical practice that in the diagnosis of respiratory diseases,impulse oscillometry and conventional pulmonary ventilation function check have good corelation and complementarity.
