Toll样受体4(TLR4)是Toll样受体家族的重要成员,能够识别微生物的保守分子,启动机体固有免疫系统,在抗细菌感染过程中起到重要作用.近年研究表明,TLR4与人体抗病毒感染也存在着极为密切的关系.此文就TLR4在人体抗病毒感染过程中起到的重要作用做一综述.

TLR4 (Toll-like receptor 4) is an important member of the Toll-like receptor family.TLR4 can identify conserved microbial molecules and stimulate the body's natural immune system,and play an important role in the process of anti-bacterial infections.In recent years,studies showed that TLR4 also played significant roles in the human antiviral infections.In this paper,these roles of TLR4 in the process of anti-viral infections are reviewed.
