随着对肝纤维化发病机制认识的不断深入和分子生物学的发展,肝纤维化基因治疗,包括RNA干扰技术(RNAi)和反义技术等已成为该领域的研究热点.纳米基因载体的研究为突破基因转移瓶颈,实现安全、高效和靶向性基因治疗带来了新希望.将RNA干扰技术和壳聚糖纳米粒相结合,有望为肝纤维化信号通路研究和治疗提供重要的思路和方法.

With the deepening understanding of the pathogenesis of hepatic fibrosis and development of molecular biology,gene therapeutic technologies of hepatic fibrosis treatment including RNA interference(RNAi) and antisense techniques have become the spotlight.Nanoparticle,as a vector for gene,has brought new hope to break through the bottleneck of gene transfer and to realize the safe,efficient and targeted gene therapy.Combination of RNA interference and chitosan nanoparticle may serve as a significant idea and method for the research of signaling pathways and treatment of liver fibrosis.
