Liver fibrosis is a common pathological evolution of many kinds of chronic liver diseases.Early and accurate diagnosis of liver fibrosis is particularly important to control the progress of chronic liver disease.Transient elastography (Fibroscan),a new diagnosis method,is widely concerned and used at home and abroad because it is non-invasive,timely and has high patient comphance.The operating principle,influencing factors and clinical application of Fibroscan are reviewed in this article.
