目的观察琥珀酸索利那新治疗留置双J管患者下尿路症状及生活质量的疗效.方法 42例输尿管结石术后留置双J管患者被随机分为两组:治疗组和对照组.治疗组患者(n=21)给予琥珀酸索利那新片5mg,口服,每天1次,连续4周,对照组患者(n=21)不予以任何处理,作空白对照.记录两组患者试验前后IPSS/QoL.结果所有试验对象均按要求完成实验,无中途停药或退出试验者.(1)治疗组较对照组在IPSS总分(IPSS total score)和IPSS储尿期症状得分(IPSS storage symptoms)上差异具有显著性(P＜0.05);(2)治疗组较对照组在IPSS排尿期症状得分(IPSS voiding symptoms)上差异无显著性(P＞0.05);(3)治疗组较对照组在生活质量评分上差异具有显著性(P＜0.05);(4)治疗组治疗期间有1例出现轻微口干,2例出现轻度便秘,对照组l例有便秘.结论琥珀酸索利那新可有改善输尿管结石术后留置双J管患者下尿路症状,提高患者生活质量.

Objectives To evaluate the effects of Solifenacin Succinate in treating the lower urinary tract symptoms of patients with indwelling double-J ureteral stents.Methods A total of 42 patients with unilateral ureteral obstruction due to urinary stone underwent to the unilatera ureteral stenting after treatment of stone disease were prospectively randomized into two groups.Treatment group included 21 patients who received 5 mg of Solifenacin Succinate,once daily for 4 weeks,and control group consisted of 21 patients who did not give intervention for the same period.All patients completed IPSS/Qol before the withdraw of double-J stent.Results(1)There was a significant difference in the IPSS total score and IPSS storage symptoms score between treatment group and control group;(2)There was no significant difference in the IPSS voiding symptoms score between treatment group and control group;(3)There was a significant difference in the QoL between treatment group and control group.(4)There was only one patients showing up dry mouth and two patients showing up constipation in the treatment group and only one patient showing up constipation in the contrast group.Conclusions Solifenacin Succinate improved the lower urinary tract symptoms and QoL of patients with indwelling double-J ureteral stents.
