目的探讨单孔腹腔镜技术在肾囊肿去顶减压术的应用适应证、注意事项及治疗效果.方法 2012年1至12月共50例单纯性肾囊肿患者分为单孔后腹腔镜组(25例)与常规后腹腔镜组(25例),对比两组手术时间、术中出血量、手术效果、术后住院天数、术后并发症.结果所有手术均顺利完成,手术效果良好,无术后并发症,无术后复发.两组患者术中出血量、术后引流管留置时间、术后住院时间均无统计学差别.单孔后腹腔镜组手术时间比常规后腹腔镜组长.结论单孔后腹腔镜肾囊肿去顶减压术适应证与常规腹腔镜手术相似,手术方式安全可行,疗效确切,具有创伤小、术后恢复快、术后切口美观效果好等优点,值得在临床中推广使用.

Objectives Investgate the indications,precautions and efficacy of laparoendoscopic single-site surgery used in unroofing of renal cyst.Methods 50 cases with simple renal cysts from January to December in 2012 were divided into retroperitoneal laparoscopic single-site group (25 cases) and conventional retroperitoneal laparoscopic group (25 cases),and compared the parameters of treating efficacy,operation time,bleeding in operation,postoperative hospital stay and postoperative complications.Results Au the operations were completed successfully with neither postoperative complications nor recurrences.There were no statistical differences in operative bleeding,postoperative staying time of drainage tube and postoperative stay in hospital.The retroperitoneal laparoscopic single-site group had a few longer operation times than the conventional retroperitoneal laparoscopic group.Conclusions Retroperitoneal laparoendoscopic single-site unroofing of renal cyst has the similar indication with the conventional laparoscopic surgery.It takes the advantages with safe,feasible,affmnative treating efficacy,few trauma,fast postoperative restoration,and aesthetic postoperative incision efficacy,therefore,it worths to be widely promoted in clinical.
