目的 探讨输尿管结石自然排出的影响因素,为临床提供病例选择依据.方法 回顾分析本院自2010年1月至2011年6月间经彩超或CT检查确诊单个输尿管结石患者230例,收集其流行病学、影像学、实验室检查等资料加以分析.所有患者均在第4周和第8周复诊,收集血液和尿液标本,彩超检查了解输尿管结石的变化.实验分为两组,结石排出组和结石未排出组.结果 220例患者接受实验,其中131例患者输尿管结石自行排出,排出率为59.5%.结石排出组血白细胞升高,血白细胞是仅次于结石大小的影响输尿管结石排出的重要因素.结论 研究表明,除了输尿管结石大小以外,血白细胞的变化也是输尿管结石能否自行排出的重要因素.

Objectives To explore the influence factors on natural excretion of single ureteral calculi and to provide basis for clinical practice.Methods Retrospective analysis of 230 ureteral calculi patients in our hospital from January 2010 to June 201 1.All the cases were diagnosed single ureteral calculi by ultrasound or CT examination.Then we collected the epidemiology,imaging,laboratory examination data.All patients were informed back at 4 weeks and 8 weeks,ultrasound,blood and urine tests were given at return visit.Patients were divided into two group,one is excretion group,the other is non-excretion group.Results 131 cases of 220 cases excrete the calculi natural within 8 weeks.The excretion rate is 59.5%.The blood leukocyte was higher in the excretion group than the non-excretion group.We found that blood leukocyte may be the second factor which influent the excretion rate of ureteral calculi compared to the size of calculi.Conclusions In addition to the size of ureteral calculi,the blood leukocyte changes may be another factors in combination with size to predict whether the ureteral calculi can excrete spontaneously.
