目的探讨超声引导下经皮穿刺留置中心静脉导管引流并反复无水乙醇硬化联合聚桂醇治疗肾盂旁囊肿的治疗方法和临床应用价值.方法对35例原发性肾盂旁囊肿患者进行了超声引导经皮穿刺留置中心静脉导管引流并反复无水乙醇硬化联合聚桂醇治疗.结果所有患者均一次性穿刺成功,成功率100％,术后均放置中心静脉导管,经引流管共注射无水乙醇192次,平均每次无水乙醇保留时间约5.3min,拔出中心静脉导管前注射聚桂醇,随访0.5～2年,35个囊肿均治愈,治愈率100％,均未出现出血与感染等并发症.结论超声引导下经皮穿刺留置中心静脉导管引流并反复无水乙醇硬化联合聚桂醇治疗肾盂旁囊肿,成功率和治愈率高,并发症少.

Objectives To investigate the effect and safety of the treatment of parapelvic cyst with ultrasound guided percutaneous puncture catheterization drainage and absolute ethanol combined with lauromacrogol.Methods 35 cases with primary parapelvic cyst were treated with ultrasound guided percutaneous puncture catheterization drainage and absolute ethanol combined with injiecting lauromacrogol treatment.Results 35 parapelvic cysts were detected in the 35 patients.Puncture was finished and the success rate was 100％.All patients were put central venous catheter.Absolute ethanol was injected 192 times through the drainage tube.The average times of injection was 5.3 min.lauromacrogol were injiected before pulling out the central venous catheter.Follow-up 0.5 to 2 years.All parapelvic cysts were disappeared.The cure rate was 100％,and the complications such as hemorrhage and infection were not found.Conclusions The treatment of parapelvic cyst with ultrasound guided percutaneous puncture catheterization drainage and absolute ethanol combined with lauromacrogol was a effective and safe treatment method for the patients with parapelvic cyst.
