目的研究分析经皮肾镜气压弹道碎石术在肾结石中的疗效及对患者围术期机体应激程度的影响.方法选取2010年4月2013年6月于本院进行治疗的92例肾结石患者为研究对象,将92例患者随机分为对照组(经皮肾镜钬激光碎石术组)46例和观察组(经皮肾镜气压弹道碎石术组)46例,然后将两组患者中不同结石类型的结石清除效果、手术时间、并发症发生率及手术前后的机体应激指标进行比较.结果观察组中不同结石类型的结石清除效果均好于对照组,手术时间短于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组,手术后不同时间段的血液应激指标均优于对照组,P ＜0.05,均有显著性差异.结论经皮肾镜气压弹道碎石术在肾结石中的疗效较好,且本术式对患者围术期机体应激程度的不良影响也更小.

Objectives To study and analyze the effect of percutaneous nephrolithotripsy with pneumatic lithotripsy in patients with renal calculus and influence for the body stress degree during the perioperative period.Methods 92 patients with renal calculus in our hospital from April 2010 to June 2013 were selected as research object,and 92 cases were divided into control group (percutaneous nephrolithotripsy with holmium laser lithotripsy group)46 cases abd observation group (percutaneous nephrolithotripsy with pneumatic lithotripsy group)46 cases,then the stone clearance effect of different stone,operation time,incidence of complications and body stress indexes before and after the operation of two groups were compared.Results The clearance effect of observation group with different type of stone were all better than those of control group,operation time were lower than those of control group,incidence of complications were lower than those of control group,blood stress indexes were all better than those of control group,all P ＜ 0.05,there were all significant differences.Conclusions The effect of percutaneous nephrolithotripsy with pneumatic lithotripsy in patients with renal calculus is better,and its bad influence for the body stress degree during the perioperative period is smaller.
