目的了解伴有心理障碍的慢性前列腺炎患者的临床特征.方法对156例确诊为慢性前列腺炎患者用疾病90症状清单(SCL-90)总分和因子分进行自评,分为心理障碍组(psychological obstacles; PO)和无心理障碍组(no psychological obstacles;NPO),对两组患者进行临床特征对照研究.结果伴心理障碍的慢性前列腺炎患者具有发病时间长、反复求治的特点,临床表现除本病的症状外,表现出焦虑、抑郁、精力减退、疑病素质、性欲减低等与心理有关的症状.结论伴心理障碍的慢性前列腺炎患者心理因素已构成本病的重要部分,对此类患者的心理问题必须给予足够的重视.

Objectives To understand the clinical features of chronic prostatitis(CP) patients with the psychologicalobstacles.Methods 156 cases chronic prostatitis patients were assessed with the symptom checklist 90,and divided into psychological obstacles and no psychological obstacles group.Two groups of patients were studied for clinical features compared.Results The clinical features of CP with the psychological obstacles are long course of the disease and repeated treatment and show anxiety,depression,energy decline,hypochondria,hypaphrodisia,etc and psychological symptoms of relevant except the clinical manifestations of CP.Conclusions Psychological factors constitute an important part in chronic prostatitis patients with the psychological obstacles,and must be given enough attention.
