目的探讨前列腺小细胞癌的临床、病理特点及治疗方法.方法回顾性分析2例前列腺小细胞癌病例资料并进行文献复习.结果 2例均行前列腺穿刺活检病理提示前列腺小细胞癌,1例全身多发性骨转移,1年后死于多脏器功能衰竭;另1例放弃治疗并自动出院,失访.结论前列腺小细胞癌临床罕见,恶性程度高,预后差,确诊主要依靠病理诊断.早期应根治性切除+化疗;晚期则无满意的治疗方法,主要是化疗.

Objectives To investigate the clinical and pathological characteristics and treatment of the small cell carcinoma of the prostate.Methods Analyzed respectively the datas of two cases of small cell carcinoma of the prostate and reviewed the related literatures.Results The diagnosis of small cell carcinoma of the two cases were confirmed by transtectal prostate biopsy.Case 1,which with multiple bone metastases,died of multiple organ failure.Case 2 left hospital without cure and lost to follow up.Conclusions Small cell carcinoma of the prostate is a kind of rare disease with great malignancy and unfavorable prognosis,but can be diagnosed ultimately by histopathology.The treatment for early stage cancer should be radical prostatectomy combined with systemic chemotherapy,however there's no satisfied way for late stage cancer.
