目的比较不同手术方式对肾结石患者机体应激及炎性状态的影响.方法选取2010年9月～2013年5月本院收治的90例肾结石患者为研究对象,将90例患者根据手术方式分为A组(开放性手术组)45例和B组(微创经皮肾穿刺取石术组)45例,然后将两组患者术前1d和术后1d、3d、7d的血清应激激素、白介素及其他炎性指标进行统计与比较.结果 B组术后1d、3d、7d的血清应激激素、白介素及其他炎性指标均显著地低于A组,且B组术后3d的检测水平均明显地高于本组术前1d和术后1d、7d,P＜0.05,上述检测指标之间均有显著性差异.结论微创经皮肾穿刺取石术对肾结石患者机体应激及炎性状态的不良影响明显小于开放性手术,更为适用于肾结石患者的治疗.

Objectives To compare the influence of different operation methods for the body stress and inflammatory state of patients with renal calculus.Methods 90 renal calculus in our hospital from September 2010 to May 2013 were selected as research object,and 90 cases were divided into group A (open operation group) of 45 cases and group B(minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy group) of 45 cases by the operation methods.The serum stress hormones,interleukin and other inflammatory indexes of two groups at first day before the operation and at first,third and seventh day after the operation were analyzed and compared.Results The serum stress hormones,interleukin and other inflammatory indexes of group B at first,third and seventh day after the operation were all significantly lower than those of group A,and the detection levels of group B were all obviously higher than those at first day before the operation and at first and seventh day after the operation (P ＜ 0.05),there were all significant differences between those comparison indexes.Conclusions The bad influence of minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy for the body stress and inflammatory state of patients with renal calculus are smaller than those of open operation,so it is more suitable for the treatment of renal calculus.
