酵母菌是单细胞真菌,是微生物中的一大类群,普遍存在于自然界中.大部分酵母菌对人类是有益的,然而,近年来研究发现,由酵母菌引起的感染病例急剧增加,并且治疗困难.对致病酵母菌的研究也随之成为了生命科学研究的热点问题.了解病酵母菌的种类、分布、病症、特点、致病机理及酵母菌感染的预防与治疗对策.及一些致病酵母菌在生防领域的报道也将增加人们对致病酵母菌的认识.

Yeasts,unicellular type of fungi,belong to a large group of Microbiology and are ubiquitous in nature.A majority of yeasts are beneficial to human beings.However,in recent studies,it was showen that cases on infection disease caused by yeasts were rising fastly and it was very difficult to heal the diseases.Therefore,research on pathogenic yeasts has become a hot topic in life science fields.In this paper,we discussed the category,distribution,characteristic,infection mechanism and their application in biocontrol of pathogenic yeasts.In addition,the diseases caused by the pathogenic yeasts,the corresponding symptoms,the problems on how to prevent and treat the diseases were also discussed.The discussion in the paper will increase our understanding of the pathogenic yeasts.
