近年来,随着宿主与病原体之间相互作用研究的逐步深入,对金葡菌感染本质的认识发生了巨大的改变,特别是金葡菌对中性粒细胞的作用.研究表明,金葡菌通过产生耐药性、细胞内存活以及扰乱细胞死亡途径来成功逃脱中性粒细胞的免疫应答.鉴于葡萄球菌毒力因子和耐药性的日益蔓延,且功能失调的中性粒细胞造成机体免疫力下降,因而金葡菌对中性粒细胞免疫逃逸的深入研究变得十分重要.因而深入探讨金葡菌和中性粒细胞之间的相互作用机制有助于帮助找到抗金葡菌感染的新策略.

In recent years,with the gradually deepening in the studies of the interaction between the host and the pathogens,our understanding on the essence of Staphylococcus aureus infection has been fundamentally altered,especially about the role of neutrophil in S.aureus infection.Studies have shown that S.aureus can evade neutrophil responses successfully by resisting microbicides,surviving intracellularly and subverting cell death pathways.Understanding of these complex strategies is especially relevant since staphylococcal virulence and antibiotic resistance are increasingly common.In addition,dysfunctional neutrophil responses contribute to poor host outcomes.Deciphering the mechanism of the interactions between S.aureus and neutrophils may benefit to finding a new therapeutic strategy against S.aureus infection.
