NKT细胞是一类既表达T细胞受体(TCR)αβ又表达NK细胞表面标志的T细胞亚群,其能识别由抗原提呈细胞表面CD1d分子提呈的脂类抗原(α-GalCer).以往研究表明,NKT细胞配体可以分为内源性和外源性的,这些配体在生理和病理情况下对NKT细胞的调节具有重要意义.

NKT cells have been studied for more than a decade.These cells express T cell receptor (TCR) and natural killer cell (NK) lineage receptors.They played a very important role in infection immunity,tumor immunity,transplantation immunity and autoimmunity.NKT cells can recognize lipid antigens such as α-GalCer presented by antigen presenting cells.Previous studies showed that the ligands of NKT cells can be divided into endogenous and exogenous,which played a very important role in regulating the function of NKT cells.
