目的 探讨磷脂酰肌醇蛋白多糖-1(glypicans-1,GPC-1)与趋化因子受体CXCR7在胰腺癌中的表达及临床意义.方法 应用免疫组织化学方法检测52例胰腺癌组织及30例正常胰腺组织中GPC-1与CXCR7的表达及相关性,电话随访统计预后情况.结果 胰腺癌组织中GPC-1和CXCR7阳性表达率(56.79%、51.92%)均明显高于正常胰腺组织(x2=27.293、23.224,P均<0.05),且二者的表达相互之间呈正相关性(r=0.758,P<0.001),同时GPC-1和CXCR7的阳性表达与淋巴结是否转移相关(x2=14.470、14.034,P<0.05).GPC-1与CXCR7的阳性表达与患者术后生存时间均无统计学意义(Log Rank =0.086、0.006,P均<0.05).结论 GPC-1和CXCR7与胰腺癌的发生发展关系密切,且与其侵袭转移相关.二者的联合检测对胰腺癌的诊断具有一定意义,同时也可对胰腺癌的侵袭转移提供一项参考依据.

Objective To investigate the expressions phosphatidylinositol protein polysaccharide-1 (glypican-1,GPC-1) and chemokine receptor CXCR7 in pancreatic carcinoma and their clinical significance.Methods The expression of GPC-1 (57.69%) and CXCR7(51.92%) was detected by immunohistochemical method in 52 cases of pancreatic cancer tissues and 30 cases of normal pancreatic tissues.All cases were followed up by phone calls.Results The positive expression of GPC-1 and CXCR7 in pancreatic carcinoma was much higher than that of normal pancreatic tissues (x2 =27.293,23.224,P < 0.05).The expression of both molecules had positive correlation in pancreatic carcinoma (r =0.758,P < 0.05).The expression of GPC-1 and CXCR7 were associated with lymph node metastasis (x2 =14.470,14.034,P <0.05).There were no statistical significance between the positive expression of the two indicators and the postoperative survival time of patients (Log Rank =0.086,0.006,P > 0.05).Conclusion GPC-1 and CXCR7 are closely related with the occurrence and development of pancreatic cancer,and they are associated with the invasion and metastasis of pancreatic cancer.Combined detection may help the diagnosis of pancreatic cancer.
