射频消融(RFA)是一种微创治疗手段,不仅使局部肿瘤产生凝固性坏死,而且能激发机体特异性免疫反应.近年来,大量证据表明,射频消融伴随的危险信号对固有免疫和适应性免疫反应有影响,但是消融诱导机体的免疫反应往往处于低水平.消融联合免疫治疗可以消除消融后肿瘤的复发,研究对射频消融联合免疫旨在消融联合免疫治疗提供证据,为肿瘤的治疗提供新思路.肿瘤的复发和转移是肿瘤治疗过程中的难题,建立肿瘤主动性免疫治疗模式可望成为解决肿瘤转移和复发的有效途径.

Radiofrequency ablation(RFA) is a minimally invasive treatment.It not only results in local tumor coagulation necrosis,but also stimulates adoptive immune response.Evidence suggests that danger signals,caused by radiofrequency ablation,influence both innate and adaptive immune response.However,immune responses induced by radiofrequency ablation alone are often at low level.Adiofrequency ablation combined with immunotherapy can eliminate tumor recurrence after ablation.Establishment of active immunotherapy model is expected to be an effective way to solve cancer metastasis and recurrence,which is one of the most difficult problems in the process of cancer treatment.
