多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)是女性常见的一种生殖内分泌紊乱和糖脂代谢异常高度相关的疾病.大量研究证实,胰岛素抵抗(IR)和高胰岛素血症是其重要的病理生理改变.近年来慢性亚临床炎症反应在PCOS发病机制中的作用受到广泛关注,它是通过一些低水平的促炎症反应细胞因子如C反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞介素6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)等发挥免疫效应.有研究表明,慢性亚临床炎症可能是IR的首发原因.因此研究与PCOS相关的细胞因子的变化对于PCOS发病机制的探索有着重要意义.

Polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS) is a common female reproductive endocrine disease that is highly related with abnormal glucose and lipid metabolism.It has been recognized that insulin resistance (IR) and hyperinsulinemia are the important pathologic changes.In recent years,chronic subclinical inflammation in the pathogenesis of PCOS has been of concern.Chronic subclinical inflammation plays important rotes through the low level proinflammatory cytokines such as C reactive protein (CRP),interleukin 6 (IL-6),tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF-or).Studies have shown that chronic subclinical inflammation may be the first cause of IR.The research of cytokines' changes in PCOS is of great significance to explore the pathogenesis of PCOS.
