肿瘤免疫治疗具有靶向抗肿瘤作用而成为人们研究的热点.然而,肿瘤细胞通过多种途径诱导“免疫豁免”效应,削弱免疫治疗的疗效.大量研究表明,在T细胞活化中,一些关键性负性免疫调节分子是肿瘤诱导免疫耐受的重要机制.因此,靶向阻断这些负性免疫调节分子在增强抗肿瘤免疫应答中具有重要意义.
腫瘤免疫治療具有靶嚮抗腫瘤作用而成為人們研究的熱點.然而,腫瘤細胞通過多種途徑誘導“免疫豁免”效應,削弱免疫治療的療效.大量研究錶明,在T細胞活化中,一些關鍵性負性免疫調節分子是腫瘤誘導免疫耐受的重要機製.因此,靶嚮阻斷這些負性免疫調節分子在增彊抗腫瘤免疫應答中具有重要意義.

Cancer immunotherapy is an important focus of research because of its potential for inducing tumour-specific immune responses.However,this antitumor effect is failed to lead to the tumor regression that may be due to immunoevasive of tumors.It is now clear that many immune checkpoints play an important role in T cell-activation,and tumour-specific immune-checkpoint pathways may represent a major mechanism of immune resistance.Thus,we suggest that the promising approach for enhancing therapeutic antitumor immunity is the blockade of these immune checkpoints.
