目的 检测缺血性脑血管病患者服用他汀类药物前后外周血中与体液免疫相关的指标(CD19+ CD27+细胞、IL-21、总IgG)的变化,初步探究他汀类药物在缺血性脑血管病患者中对B细胞的免疫调节作用.方法 采用流式细胞仪检测11名缺血性脑血管病患者接受他汀类药物治疗前后外周血中记忆B细胞(CD19+CD27+细胞)的百分比,分别用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)和免疫比浊法检测17名缺血性脑血管病患者服用他汀类药物前后血清中IL-21和IgG水平,对检测结果进行服药前后自身对照,使用配对t-检验进行统计分析.结果 流式检测显示缺血性脑血管病患者服用他汀类药物后外周血中记忆B细胞(CD19+ CD27+细胞)数量下降[(3.39±1.77)%比(2.36±1.29)%,P=0.019],血清中IL-21水平下降[(112.79 ±45.19)比(88.83±18.40) pg/mL,P=0.024],血清中总IgG水平升高[(10.74±2.41)比(11.97 ±2.61) g/L,P=0.03].结论 他汀类药物对体液免疫有调节作用.

Objective To explore the effects of statin on the CD19 + CD27 + cells,IL-21 and serum total IgG of the patients with cerebrovascular diseases.Methods CD19 + CD27 + cells (memory B cells),CD19 + CD27 cells,and CD19 + cells in the peripheral blood of the patients with ischemis cerebrovascular diseases were measured by flow cytometry.The levels of IL-21 and total IgG in serum were measured by enzyme linked immunosorbent essay(ELISA) and immunoturbidimetric assays respectively before and after statin therapy.Paired t-test was used to compare the results from the same subjects before and after treatment.Results Statin treatment decreased the percentages of CD19 + CD27 + cells [(3.29 ± 1.27) % vs (2.36 ± 1.29) %,P =0.019] and the serum level of IL-21 [(112.79 ± 45.19) vs (88.83 ± 18.40) pg/mL,P =0.024],but it increased total serum IgG level[(10.74 ± 2.41) vs (11.97 ± 2.61) g/L,P =0.03].Conclusion Administration of statins may regulate humoral immunity in vivo.
