目的 观察红花多糖(SPS)对荷S180小鼠肿瘤组织血管生成的抑制作用.方法 按照SPS低剂量组20 mg/kg·d、SPS中剂量组40mg/kg·d、SPS高剂量组80 mg/kg·d的剂量对荷瘤小鼠进行腹腔注射给药,模型对照组给等体积的生理盐水,连续10天,第11天取瘤组织,免疫组化法检测肿瘤组织中血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)含量及微血管密度(MVD).结果 免疫组化法检测显示,SPS干预后小鼠肿瘤组织中VEGF灰度值上升:模型组(143.9±13.60)、SPS低剂量组(157.1±9.57)、SPS中剂量组(166.4±8.93)和SPS高剂量组(168.8±10.13);mVD明显下降:模型组(41.25±3.58)、SPS低剂量组(38.75±3.69)、SPS中剂量组(31.88±3.00),SPS高剂量组(25.38 ±4.21).结论 SPS能够通过抑制VEGF的表达、降低MVD,使肿瘤生长及转移受到抑制.

목적 관찰홍화다당(SPS)대하S180소서종류조직혈관생성적억제작용.방법 안조SPS저제량조20 mg/kg·d、SPS중제량조40mg/kg·d、SPS고제량조80 mg/kg·d적제량대하류소서진행복강주사급약,모형대조조급등체적적생리염수,련속10천,제11천취류조직,면역조화법검측종류조직중혈관내피생장인자(VEGF)함량급미혈관밀도(MVD).결과 면역조화법검측현시,SPS간예후소서종류조직중VEGF회도치상승:모형조(143.9±13.60)、SPS저제량조(157.1±9.57)、SPS중제량조(166.4±8.93)화SPS고제량조(168.8±10.13);mVD명현하강:모형조(41.25±3.58)、SPS저제량조(38.75±3.69)、SPS중제량조(31.88±3.00),SPS고제량조(25.38 ±4.21).결론 SPS능구통과억제VEGF적표체、강저MVD,사종류생장급전이수도억제.
Objective To observe the inhibitition of safflower polysaccharide (SPS) on tumor angiogenesis in tumor-bearing mice S180.Methods In the first 10 days,the low-,mid-and high-dose groups tumor-bearing mice were given 20,40,and 80 mg/kg · d of SPS,respectively by intraperitoneal injection,and the model control group were given the same volume saline as above.The tumor tissues were sampled from mice on the day1 1.The vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) and the microvessel density (MVD)were measured by immunohistochemical method.Result Compared with model control group,the gray value of VEGF increased in all treatment group [model control group (143.9 ± 13.60),low-dose group (157.1 ±9.57),middose group (166.4 ± 8.93),high-dose group (168.8 ± 10.13)].Meanwhile,the MVD decreased significantly.[model control group (41.25 ± 3.58),SPS low-dose group (38.75 ± 3.69),SPS mid-dose group (31.88 ± 3.00),SPS high-dose group (25.38 ± 4.21)].Conclusion SPS may inhibit the growth and the spread of tumors through inhibiting VEGF and decreasing MVD.
