背景 失血性休克后急性肺损伤(acute lung injury,ALI)的发生机制尚不完全明了,但是休克后机体失控性全身炎症反应综合征(systemic inflammatory response syndrome,SIRS)在ALI的发生发展过程中起着关键性作用,而休克后肠道黏膜损伤被认为是SIRS的始动因素. 目的 就失血性休克对肠道血供、肠黏膜屏障结构与功能的影响及失血性休克期间肠源性炎性因子的产生及其在ALI发生中的作用作一综述. 内容 讨论失血性休克后机体肠黏膜损伤对SIRS的影响及导致ALI的相关机制. 趋向 阐明失血性休克后ALI的发生机制,为失血性休克的救治提供依据.
揹景 失血性休剋後急性肺損傷(acute lung injury,ALI)的髮生機製尚不完全明瞭,但是休剋後機體失控性全身炎癥反應綜閤徵(systemic inflammatory response syndrome,SIRS)在ALI的髮生髮展過程中起著關鍵性作用,而休剋後腸道黏膜損傷被認為是SIRS的始動因素. 目的 就失血性休剋對腸道血供、腸黏膜屏障結構與功能的影響及失血性休剋期間腸源性炎性因子的產生及其在ALI髮生中的作用作一綜述. 內容 討論失血性休剋後機體腸黏膜損傷對SIRS的影響及導緻ALI的相關機製. 趨嚮 闡明失血性休剋後ALI的髮生機製,為失血性休剋的救治提供依據.

Background The underlying mechanism of acute lung injury (ALI) following hemorrhagic shock has not been clearly elucidated.The uncontrolled systemic inflammatory response syndrome(SIRS) following hemorrhagic shock plays a pivotal role in the development of ALI,and the intestinal mucosa damage is regarded as the motor of SIRS.Objective To introduce the effects of hemorrhagic shock on the intestinal blood perfusion,structure and function of the gut mucosal barrier.In addition,gut-derived inflammatory mediators produced during hemorrhagic shock as well as their roles in the pathogenesis of ALI were discussed.Content This brief review summarizes the effects of gut injury following hemorrhagic shock on initiating and perpetuating the uncontrolled SIRS,which ultimately leads to ALl.Trend To provide a better understanding of the therapeutic intervenetion on resuscitation of hemorragic shock.
