研究发现,母乳喂养可降低儿童期肥胖患病风险,其机制可能缘于母乳本身更加合理的蛋白质与长链多不饱和脂肪酸比例,所含瘦素、脂联素、ghrelin、抵抗素、obstatin等参与摄食与能量平衡调节.另外,哺乳行为本身通过分泌催乳素、代谢程序化、代谢印迹,调节能量摄入.目前仍推荐母乳喂养,最佳时间为6个月以上.

Several studies show breasffeeding can prevent childhood obesity.The reasonable propor-tion of protein and long chain polyunsaturated fatty acid in milk might contribute to the preventive effects of breastfeeding for obesity.Moreover,human milk is a source of various hormones,such as leptin,adiponectin,ghrelin,resistin and obestatin,which are involved in food intake regulation and energy balance.In addition,breastfeeding behavior itself can regulate energy intake by secretion of prolactin and metabolic programming or metabolic imprinting.Therefore,a breastfeeding for more than 6 months is still strongly recommended.
