足底压力改变是糖尿病足溃疡的独立危险因素,降低足底压力能预防糖尿病足溃疡的发生或复发,缩短溃疡治愈的时间.其发病机制尚未明确,主要与神经病变、血管病变、足部结构和功能异常、既往溃疡史等有关.随着足底压力测定技术的发展,糖尿病患者足底压力的检测逐渐从实验研究应用至临床.足底压力的检测仪器较多,应根据临床需要选择适当的检测手段.

The change of plantar pressure is an independent risk factor for diabetic foot ulcer.Re-ducing plantar pressure can prevent the occurrence and recurrence of diabetic foot ulcers,and shorten the healing time.Its pathogenesis is not clear yet.A variety of factors,such as neuropathy,vascular disease,abnormalities of foot structure and function,history of ulcer can finally lead to the change of plantar pressure.With the development of plantar pressure measurement technology,the detection of plantar pressure is in dia-betic patients gradually used from research to clinical applications.As there are lots of instruments,doctors should choose the proper detection methods based on different clinical need.
