Sirt1是依赖于尼克酰胺腺嘌呤二核苷酸的组蛋白和非组蛋白去乙酰化酶,为Sirtuins家族成员之一,参与机体长寿、能量代谢、应激、炎症以及肿瘤的调控等.近年来,部分学者研究Sirt1与皮肤病的关系发现:Sirt1可保护皮下胶原蛋白,防止紫外线照射引发的光老化;Sirt1还可下调STAT3、环氧化酶2等细胞因子,发挥抗炎作用.Sirt1与皮肤肿瘤的关系较复杂,Sirt1可能具有致癌性,同时还具有抑癌功能.Sirt1的激活剂和抑制剂可能在今后皮肤病的治疗和预防中发挥重要的作用.

Sirtuin 1(SIRT1),a member of the conserved sirtuin family,is a nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide(NAD)-dependent histone and nonhistone deacetylase,participating in the regulation of longevity,energy metabolism,stress,inflammation,tumor,and so on.In recent years,some scholars have found that SIRT1 can protect subepithelial collagen and prevent ultraviolet irradiation-induced photoaging,and also play an important anti-inflammatory effect via down-regulating cytokines such as STAT3 and COX2.The relationship between SIRT1 and skin tumors is complex,and SIRT1 may act as either an oncogene or a tumor-suppressor gene.SIRT1 activators and inhibitors may play an important role in the treatment and prevention of skin diseases in future.
