IL-36是IL-1家族新成员,与传统IL-1家族成员具有氨基酸序列同源性及相似的信号转导途径.IL-36主要在上皮细胞、树突细胞和CD4+T细胞中高表达,免疫调理及免疫激活作用较传统IL-1家族成员更强,提示IL-36在免疫反应中具有巨大的潜能.IL-36在SLE等自身免疫病的发病中起重要作用,提示与SLE可能存在联系,是SLE研究中有前景的分子之一.

As a novel interleukin-1 (IL-1) family member,IL-36 shares homologous amino acid sequence and similar signaling pathways with classical IL-1 family cytokines.A high expression of IL-36 is mainly observed on epidermal cells,dendritic cells and CD4+ T lymphocytes.IL-36 shows a stronger ability to regulate and activate immunoreaction than other IL-1 family cytokines,which may indicate a relatively more important role of IL-36 in immune response.Further more,it has been implied that IL-36 plays an essential role in the pathogenesis of autoimmune diseases such as systemic lupus erythematosus.Therefore,IL-36 maybe a promising molecule for future research into systemic lupus erythematosus.
