目的 研究脓毒症患者外周血红细胞的形态改变及红细胞膜表面磷脂酰丝氨酸(PS)的外露情况.方法 采用配对设计随机分组方法,分别对正常对照组(n=30)和脓毒症患者组(n=30)进行静脉采血,行瑞氏染色血涂片观察和测定红细胞聚集指数,并采用对PS有高度亲和力的磷脂结合蛋白Annexin V检测技术,利用流式细胞仪对红细胞进行荧光测定.结果 显微镜下观察脓毒症患者外周血红细胞形态发生明显异常改变,呈棘形、泪滴形、球形、缗线形等变化,细胞明显聚集;同时红细胞聚集指数测定结果显示脓毒症组较正常对照组也明显升高,其差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).脓毒症组PS外露的红细胞比例明显高于正常对照组,其差异有统计学意义(P<0.001).结论 脓毒症患者外周血红细胞表面PS的外露表达明显增加,同时红细胞形态发生明显异常变化.
目的 研究膿毒癥患者外週血紅細胞的形態改變及紅細胞膜錶麵燐脂酰絲氨痠(PS)的外露情況.方法 採用配對設計隨機分組方法,分彆對正常對照組(n=30)和膿毒癥患者組(n=30)進行靜脈採血,行瑞氏染色血塗片觀察和測定紅細胞聚集指數,併採用對PS有高度親和力的燐脂結閤蛋白Annexin V檢測技術,利用流式細胞儀對紅細胞進行熒光測定.結果 顯微鏡下觀察膿毒癥患者外週血紅細胞形態髮生明顯異常改變,呈棘形、淚滴形、毬形、緡線形等變化,細胞明顯聚集;同時紅細胞聚集指數測定結果顯示膿毒癥組較正常對照組也明顯升高,其差異有統計學意義(P<0.05).膿毒癥組PS外露的紅細胞比例明顯高于正常對照組,其差異有統計學意義(P<0.001).結論 膿毒癥患者外週血紅細胞錶麵PS的外露錶達明顯增加,同時紅細胞形態髮生明顯異常變化.
목적 연구농독증환자외주혈홍세포적형태개변급홍세포막표면린지선사안산(PS)적외로정황.방법 채용배대설계수궤분조방법,분별대정상대조조(n=30)화농독증환자조(n=30)진행정맥채혈,행서씨염색혈도편관찰화측정홍세포취집지수,병채용대PS유고도친화력적린지결합단백Annexin V검측기술,이용류식세포의대홍세포진행형광측정.결과 현미경하관찰농독증환자외주혈홍세포형태발생명현이상개변,정극형、루적형、구형、민선형등변화,세포명현취집;동시홍세포취집지수측정결과현시농독증조교정상대조조야명현승고,기차이유통계학의의(P<0.05).농독증조PS외로적홍세포비례명현고우정상대조조,기차이유통계학의의(P<0.001).결론 농독증환자외주혈홍세포표면PS적외로표체명현증가,동시홍세포형태발생명현이상변화.
Objective To investigate the morphologic change and phosphatidylserine (PS) exposure of erythrocytes in sepsis patients.Methods 30 healthy volunteers (control group)and 30 sepsis patients were enrolled in this study and were collected venous sampling.Monitoring included Wright's staining blood smear test,erythrocyte aggregation index and the ratio of PS exposure of erythrocytes.A flow-cytometric assay based on FITC-Annexin V was used to measure the PS exposure of erythrocytes.Results The morphological changes of red blood cells included acanthocyte,lachrymiform,rouleaux,spherocyte in sepsis patients,and the peripheral blood erythrocyte aggregation and aggregation index were significantly higher than that of the healthy control group (P<0.05).The percentage of PS exposure of erythrocytes in sepsis patients were significantly higher than that of healthy volunteers (P<0.001).Conclusion The PS exposure of erythrocytes were significantly higher in sepsis patients,and the morphology of red blood cells is obvious abnormal.
