目前临床肠道息肉病患者虽已不多见,但因其缺乏特异性临床表现,使得早期诊断仍较困难.因此临床医师应了解肠道息肉病的病因学进展,掌握早期诊断方法,选择适宜的治疗方式并在预后定期随访,改善患者预后,提高患者生存质量.早期发现、早期诊断、早期治疗,能很大程度上避免有恶变可能的息肉病癌变,不仅对患者生存质量有重大影响,对减轻患者家庭负担也有重大意义.
