Co-culture is one of cell culture methods and a complex process by which cells are grown under controlled conditions,generally outside of their natural environment.The co-culture provides environments/techniques to study the cell-cell relationship and their interaction with micro-environment.It would provide important theoretical information regarding the intrinsic mechanism of cells.This method is widely used in the filed of stem cell research.This article will summarize this technique and its research aoplication.
