根据心房颤动(简称房颤)的遗传性和家族聚集性,可分为家族性房颤和非家族性房颤.房颤的发生机制尚未明确,但研究显示基因突变是其致病因素之一.近年来通过对家族性房颤进行基因遗传性研究,已经发现部分离子通道和非离子通道致病基因,现就以上领域的研究进展予以综述.
根據心房顫動(簡稱房顫)的遺傳性和傢族聚集性,可分為傢族性房顫和非傢族性房顫.房顫的髮生機製尚未明確,但研究顯示基因突變是其緻病因素之一.近年來通過對傢族性房顫進行基因遺傳性研究,已經髮現部分離子通道和非離子通道緻病基因,現就以上領域的研究進展予以綜述.

According to genetic predisposition and familial aggregation,atrial fibrillation (AF) is divided into familial atrial fibrillation and non-familial atrial fibrillation.The mechanism of atrial fibrillation has not been yet clear,but researches showed that gene mutation was one of the pathogenic factors.In recent years,some pathogenic genes including encoding part of the ion channels and non-ion channels found to corralate with the onset of familial AF will be reviewed here.
