目的 探讨染色体异常与生育异常之间的关系.方法 对319例生育异常的夫妇进行外周血淋巴细胞培养、染色体G显带技术进行核型分析.结果 共检出染色体异常核型72例,异常率为22.57%.其中性染色体数目异常2例,占异常率2.78%,性染色体结构异常1例,占异常率1.39%;常染色体结构异常10例,占异常率13.89%;染色体多态性变异59例,占异常率81.96%.结论 染色体畸变是导致生育异常的重要原因之一,而染色体多态性与生育异常之间也存在着相关性.因此,对生育异常患者进行染色体检查是必要的.

목적 탐토염색체이상여생육이상지간적관계.방법 대319례생육이상적부부진행외주혈림파세포배양、염색체G현대기술진행핵형분석.결과 공검출염색체이상핵형72례,이상솔위22.57%.기중성염색체수목이상2례,점이상솔2.78%,성염색체결구이상1례,점이상솔1.39%;상염색체결구이상10례,점이상솔13.89%;염색체다태성변이59례,점이상솔81.96%.결론 염색체기변시도치생육이상적중요원인지일,이염색체다태성여생육이상지간야존재착상관성.인차,대생육이상환자진행염색체검사시필요적.
Objective To investigate the relationship between chromosome abnormality and fertility abnormality.Methods The peripheral lymphocytes of 319 cases of fertility abnormality patients were cultured and the abnormal karyotypes were analyzed by chromosome G banding technique.Results There were 72 cases of abnormal karyotypes with the aberration rate of 22.57 %.Among the abnormal cases,2 karyotypes harbored abnormal number of sex chromosome (2.7 8 %),1 case carried abnormal structure of sex chromosome (1.39%),10 cases were abnormal karyotypes of euchromosome structure (13.89%),and 59 cases were abnormal karyotypes of chromosome polymorphism (8 1.96%).Conclusion Chromosome aberration is one of the important reasons which causes of fertility abnormality,and there is a correlation between the chromosome polymorphism and fertility abnormality,so it is necessary to perform chromosome analysis for the patients of fertility abnormality.
