There are promising prospects for IgG-format bispecific antibodies in applications of cancer therapy.In early experiments,bispecific IgG created by quadromas or coexpression of two IgG had poor production yields and could not be purified easily.Recently,there are many technologies for constructing bispecific IgG.This review describes the latest progress in various approaches to the engineering of bispecific IgG.
