泪道塞栓塞泪道是目前治疗干眼症的有效方法之一.根据能否降解将泪道塞分为可吸收和不可吸收两大类,对于消除诱因、滴人工泪液等处理不理想的顽固性干眼可施行泪道栓塞疗法.一般先选择可降解泪道塞,如无不适再考虑不可降解泪道塞.除需要严格掌握适应证外,对于各种并发症如泪小管炎、泪溢、泪道塞移位等尤应重视.含有缓释药物的泪道塞可减少眼部用药频次,是具有前景的眼部给药新途径.
