磁共振扩散张量成像是一种基于分子水平上定量的功能磁共振成像技术,它能够在活体神经组织显示白质纤维束的走行、方向、排列、紧密度、髓鞘化等信息.目前磁共振扩散张量成像在眼科主要应用于视神经病变(缺血、外伤、视神经炎等)、青光眼视路病变、弱视及视觉发育等方面的研究.本文就磁共振扩散张量成像的原理及其在眼科应用及研究现状作一综述.

Diffusion tensor imaging (DTI) is a recently developed functional MRI technique based on the random thermal motion of water molecules within tissues along different axes,which allows the quantificationally assessment of the shape,direction,arrangement,tightness,myelinization of the white matter fiber tracts in neural tissues in vivo.DTI is being widely used in the various domains of ophthalmology.In this article,the principles of DTI methodologies are explained,and several applications in ophthalmology are introduced,including optic neuropathy (ischemia,traumatic optic neuropathy,optic neuritis),glaucoma,as well as visual development and amblyopia.
