近十年来国内学者对疱疹病毒性角膜炎进行研究,范围涉及疱疹病毒在角膜内潜伏及T细胞和细胞因子的表达在复发机制中的作用、免疫荧光法及PCR法检测病毒的应用、病毒性小梁网炎的临床表现及角膜内皮炎鉴别诊断要点、抗病毒药物的作用与临床选择以及手术治疗学研究等诸多方面.但是目前国内有关此病复发机制的研究较少,有关导致角膜炎的疱疹病毒种类的研究亟待开展.
근십년래국내학자대포진병독성각막염진행연구,범위섭급포진병독재각막내잠복급T세포화세포인자적표체재복발궤제중적작용、면역형광법급PCR법검측병독적응용、병독성소량망염적림상표현급각막내피염감별진단요점、항병독약물적작용여림상선택이급수술치료학연구등제다방면.단시목전국내유관차병복발궤제적연구교소,유관도치각막염적포진병독충류적연구극대개전.
In the past decade,herpes viral keratitis (HSK) were continuously studied by domestic scholars.Research scope included virus of corneal latency,the expression of T cells and cytokines role in the mechanism of recurrence,immunofluorescence and PCR methods of virus detection,viral trabecular meshwork inflammation clinical manifestations and dermatitis in differential diagnosis,the role of antiviral drugs and clinical choice,the surgical treatment and so on.But the research about the mechanism of recurrence is less in China.The study of types of herpes virus which lead to keratitis is urgently to carry out.
