胶质瘤发病率、复发率、病死率高,治愈率低.目前治疗以手术治疗为主,辅助以放疗和化疗等综合治疗.过氧化氢(H2O2)是需氧生物普遍具有的细胞氧代谢中间产物,在胶质瘤细胞增殖、浸润、转移的各个阶段都必不可少.研究H2O2的产生及作用、细胞凋亡的机制及H2O2与胶质瘤细胞的关系,可为寻找治疗胶质细胞瘤的靶基因提供相应的指导.
