微小RNA (miRNA)与肿瘤的发生发展密切相关,可通过调控其靶基因参与的多个信号转导通路,如表皮生长因子受体信号转导通路、磷脂酰肌醇-3-羟激酶-蛋白激酶B信号转导通路和Ras信号转导通路等,发挥致癌基因或抑癌基因的作用,在肿瘤治疗中具有广阔的应用前景.
