目的 了解痴呆患者的中医证型与血浆同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平的关系.方法 将病例资料分为痴呆组(120例)、非痴呆组(130例),比较两组患者血浆Hcy水平,同时对痴呆患者进行中医辨证,对不同证型患者的Hcy水平进行比较.结果 痴呆患者血浆Hcy (17.13±9.01) nmol/ml明显高于非痴呆者(12.81±7.94) nmol/ml;痰浊阻窍者血浆Hcy水平(18.43±7.81) noml/ml明显高于其他5型[瘀阻脑络(5.38±8.91) nmol/ml、肾虚髓亏(16.44±9.05) nmol/ml、肾阴亏虚(16.19±9.24) nmol/ml、肝经火旺(15.92±7.28) nmol/ml、脾肾阳虚(12.26±5.17) nmol/ml,P<0.01].结论 高Hcy可能是痴呆发病的高危险因素之一.
目的 瞭解癡呆患者的中醫證型與血漿同型半胱氨痠(Hcy)水平的關繫.方法 將病例資料分為癡呆組(120例)、非癡呆組(130例),比較兩組患者血漿Hcy水平,同時對癡呆患者進行中醫辨證,對不同證型患者的Hcy水平進行比較.結果 癡呆患者血漿Hcy (17.13±9.01) nmol/ml明顯高于非癡呆者(12.81±7.94) nmol/ml;痰濁阻纖者血漿Hcy水平(18.43±7.81) noml/ml明顯高于其他5型[瘀阻腦絡(5.38±8.91) nmol/ml、腎虛髓虧(16.44±9.05) nmol/ml、腎陰虧虛(16.19±9.24) nmol/ml、肝經火旺(15.92±7.28) nmol/ml、脾腎暘虛(12.26±5.17) nmol/ml,P<0.01].結論 高Hcy可能是癡呆髮病的高危險因素之一.
목적 료해치태환자적중의증형여혈장동형반광안산(Hcy)수평적관계.방법 장병례자료분위치태조(120례)、비치태조(130례),비교량조환자혈장Hcy수평,동시대치태환자진행중의변증,대불동증형환자적Hcy수평진행비교.결과 치태환자혈장Hcy (17.13±9.01) nmol/ml명현고우비치태자(12.81±7.94) nmol/ml;담탁조규자혈장Hcy수평(18.43±7.81) noml/ml명현고우기타5형[어조뇌락(5.38±8.91) nmol/ml、신허수우(16.44±9.05) nmol/ml、신음우허(16.19±9.24) nmol/ml、간경화왕(15.92±7.28) nmol/ml、비신양허(12.26±5.17) nmol/ml,P<0.01].결론 고Hcy가능시치태발병적고위험인소지일.
Objective To investigate the relationship between plasma homocysteine (Hcy) levels and TCM syndromes of dementia.Methods 250 cases were divided into a dementia group (120 cases) and non-dementia group (130 cases).120 cases in the dementia group include 36 Alzheimer dementia(AD) patients and 84 vascular dementia (VaD) patients.The plasma levels of Hcy were measured in all 250 cases.The relationship between Hcy levels,TCM syndromes and dementia was analyzed.Results The level of plasma Hcy was significantly higher in the dementia group (17.13 ± 9.01) nmol/ml than that in the non-dementia group (12.81 ± 7.94) nmol/ml,and it was highest in the VaD patients (P<0.01).The mean of Hcy concentration in obstruction of phlem-turbid syndrome was higher(18.43±7.81)nmol/ml than syndromes [Tanyuzuluo (5.38 ± 8.91)nmol/ml,Shenxusuikui (16.44 ± 9.05)nmol/ml,Shenyinkuixu(16.19 ± 9.24)nmol/ml,Ganjinghuowang (15.92 ± 7.28)nmol/m1,Pishen-Yangxu(12.26 ± 5.17) nmol/ml (P < 0.01)].Conclusion Increased plasma Hcy levels may be one of the risk factors leading to AD or VaD.
