目的 研究PSGL-1与PAR-1在乳腺癌骨转移中的表达及临床意义.方法 标本系本院48例术后发生骨转移的乳腺癌(A组)、50例术后未发生骨转移的乳腺癌(B组)和20例乳腺腺病(C组).应用免疫组化S-P染色法检测其中的PSGL-1与PAR-1的表达,分析其相关性和临床意义.结果 PGSL-1与PAR-1在A组中表达的阳性率分别为66.67%和62.5%,高于B组和C组(P<0.01).PGSL-1与PAR-1的高表达与乳腺癌组织学分级、腋窝淋巴结转移以及骨转移呈密切相关(P<0.05).PGSL-1与PAR-1的阳性表达与A组的年龄、绝经前后及肿瘤大小无关.结论 [1]乳腺癌PSGL-1与PAR-1的阳性表达提示肿瘤恶性程度高、易骨转移、预后差;[2]PSGL-1与PAR-1是两个独立的指标.

Objective To study the PSGL-1 and PAR-1 expression in mammary cancer with osseous metastasis and its clinical significance. Methods To collect the records of postoperative cases of mammary lesions including 48 cases of breast cancer with osseous metastasis, 50 cases of breast cancer without osseous metastasis, and 20 cases of benign adenosis of breast. Specimens of all the cases were detected with S-P staining method for the examination of expression of PSGL-1 and PAR-1, and the clinical significance was analysed. Results The positive expression rates of PSGL-1 and PAR-1 detected in the postoperative cases of mammary cancer with osseous metastasis were 66.67 % and 62.5% respectively, which were higher than those in the postoperative cases of mammary cancer without osseous metastasis and benign adenosis of breast. The high expression of PSGL-1 and PAR-1 in breast cancer was a significantly related to the histological grade, axillary node metastasis and osseous metastasis. The high expression of PSGL-1 and PAR-1 in breast cancer was not related to the significant positive correlation between the expression of PSGL-1 and PAR-1 and that of HER-2 in mammary cancer. Conclusions (1)The high expression of PSGL-1 and PAR-1 in mammary cancer shows high malignancy and existence of osseous metastasis,and the prognosis is poor.(2) The PSGL-1 and PAR-1 are independent parameters.
