目的 探讨提高儿童CT增强扫描检查成功率的有效造影剂注射方法.方法 选择2006年1月-2008年9月行CT增强患儿350例,0～3岁150例,3岁以上200例,随机分别采用手推静脉注射造影剂(手推法,170例)和高压自动注射造影剂(高压注射法,180例),并对效果进行比较,采用X2检验.结果 90例.0～3岁采用手推静脉注射法患儿扫描成功率为97.8%,60例采用高压自动注射法的0～3岁患儿扫描成功率为86.7%,差异显著;3岁以上患儿80例采用手推静脉注射法,扫描成功率87.5%,120例采用高压自动注射法,成功率为97.5%,差异显著.结论 婴幼儿宜选用手推静脉注射法,3岁以上患儿宜选用高压自动注射法进行CT增强造影剂注射.

Objective To know a proper injecting method of enhancement CT contrast medium for children. Methods Selected 350 children into the group of contrast medium pushing by hands (170 cases) and the auto-injection group (180 cases) randomly. Different injieeting method of en-hancement CT contrast medium was used in the two groups respectively, and then compared the effects between them. Results The successful rate in 0-3 years- old children in the group of contrast medium pushing by hands was 97.8%, which was significant higher than that of in the auto- injection group. The suc-cessful rate in over 3 years - old children in the group of auto - injection group was 97.5%, which was signifi-cant higher than that of in the other group. Conclusions Method of contrast medium pushing by hands should be used in the children with 0-3 years- old, auto- injection method should be used in the children with over 3 years-old.
