目的阐述护理干预在射频热疗配合腹腔热灌注化疗治疗晚期卵巢癌中的应用效果.方法将26例采用射频热疗结合腹腔热灌注化疗治疗的晚期卵巢癌患者随机分为对照组和干预组各13例,同期分别接受普通护理和护理干预.比较2组的不良反应发生率及焦虑和抑郁症状.结果 2组患者的不良反应发生率比较无显著差异.干预组患者的焦虑和抑郁程度显著低于对照组.结论护理干预能够显著降低晚期卵巢癌患者的焦虑、抑郁症状,提高患者的生活质量.

Objective To know the influence of nursing intervention on curative effects of patients with terminal ovarian cancer when cured by radioheating combined with IPHP. Methods Divided 26 patients with terminal ovarian cancer when cured by radioheating combined with IPHP into the control group and the in-tervention group randomly, there were 13 cases in each group. Normal nursing cares and nursing intervention was carried out in each group respectively. Compared the indicence rate of advers reaction, depress and anxiety between the two groups. Results There were no significant difference between the two groups about the inci-dence rate of advers reaction, the degree of depress and anxiety in the intervention group were significant lower than those of in the control group. Conclusions Nursing intervention can effective release the depress and anxiety of patients with terminal ovarian cancer, and then promote their quality of life.
