目的 观察健康教育干预对骨质疏松性骨折患者生活质量的影响.方法 入选248例骨质疏松性骨折住院患者,按入院顺序随机分为对照组123例和干预组125例.对照组患者在骨质疏松性骨折患者骨科常规治疗基础上行骨科住院常规护理,干预组在骨质疏松性骨折住院患者骨科常规治疗与护理基础上实施指导学习骨质疏松基本知识、心理疏导、用药指导、饮食指导、康复训练指导、对家属的指导等健康教育干预措施.观察和比较干预前后2组患者生活质量(QOL)评分的差异.结果 经过健康教育干预后,干预组的QOL评分均明显改善,显著优于对照组.干预组的临床疗效显著好于对照组,且住院时间显著短于对照组.结论 健康教育干预能够改善骨质疏松性骨折患者的生活质量,有助于增强临床疗效,缩短住院时间.

Objective To know the influence of health education on the quality of life of patients with fracture because of osteoporosis. Methods Divided 248 patients with fracture because of osteoporo-sis into the control group(123 cases) and the intervention group(125 cases) according to the consequence in hospital. Routine treatment and nursing cares were used in the control group, while the nursing interven-tion were used in the intervention group, such as relative knowledge education, psychological treatment, nu-trition guidance and rehabilitation guidance. Compared the quality of life between the two groups before and after the intervention. Results After the intervention, the quality of life in the intervention group was sig-nificant better than in the control group, the course of in hospital was shorter than in the control group, the curative effects was better than in the control group. Conclusions Health education can effective im-prove the quality of life of patients with fracture because of osteoporosis.
