目的 对护士主观幸福感与职业压力、社会支持之间的关系进行研究,以探讨减轻护士职业压力的有效措施.方法 以武汉市某二级甲等综合性医院的护士200名为被测试对象,采用问卷调查法,探讨护士主观幸福感与职业压力、社会支持之间的关系.结果 护士承受着较大程度的压力;护士的主观幸福感与职业压力呈显著负相关,职业压力越大,主观幸福感越低;护士的主观幸福感与社会支持呈显著正相关;护士职业压力、社会支持水平可以显著地预测其主观幸福感.结论 护士职业压力、社会支持与主观幸福感之间存在潜在关联,这给医院管理者们在对护士进行培养、管理时提供了良好的实证依据,有助于制订有效的护理管理措施.

Objective To research in correlations between occupational pressure,social support and subjective well-being,in order to explore effective ways to reduce the occupational pressure.Methods Nurses from a certain grade 2A hospital in Wuhan were selected as research objects.Questionnaires were used to investigate the correlations between occupational pressure,social support and subjective well-being.Results Nurses endured a high level burden.The subjective well-being of nurses was negatively correlated with occupational pressure,the higher the occupational pressure,the lower the subjective well-being.The subjective well-being of nurses was positively correlated with social support.The occupational pressure and social support could predict the subjective well-being of nurses.Conclusions There exists potential relationships between occupational pressure,social support and subjective well-being of nurses.This results supports evidence for nursing managers to cultivation and management of nurses,which is helpful to establish effective nursing manage-ment measures.
