目的探索老年乙肝肝硬化合并2型糖尿病患者的临床综合护理措施,提高此类患者的疗效和生活质量.方法对82例老年乙肝肝硬化合并2型糖尿病患者进行综合护理干预,同时给予恩替卡韦抗病毒治疗及降糖治疗,比较综合护理干预前后的临床治疗效果.结果 82例患者经综合护理干预后,肝功能较治疗前有明显改善,Child-pugh C级患者比例从51.2％降至36.6％;血糖控制水平也有明显好转,空腹血糖＜ 7.2 mmol/L者从4例升至21例,糖化血红蛋白＜7％者从6例升至34例.结论对老年乙肝肝硬化合并2型糖尿病患者实施有效的综合护理干预,能够改善其临床疗效,值得临床进一步推广使用.

Objective To explore the comprehensive nursing methods for aged patients with HBV related liver cirrhosis combined with type 2 diabetes,in order to improve their curative effect and quality of life.Methods 82 aged patients with HBV related liver cirrhosis combined with type 2 diabetes were given comprehensive nursing intervention,accompanied with entecavir and hypoglycemic therapy.The curative effect before and after comprehensive nursing intervention were compared.Results The liver function of 82 patients were obviously improved afterthe comprehensive nursing intervention,the ratio of Childpugh C grade decreased from 51.2％ to 36.6％.While the serum glucose level was also controlled,the number of cases whose fasting blood-glucose ≤7.2 mmol/L increased from 4 cases to 21 cases,and the number of cases whose glycosylated hemoglobin ＜7％ increased from 6 cases to 34 cases.Conclusions Comprehensive nursing intervention for aged patients with HBV related liver cirrhosis combined with type 2 diabetes could improve their curative effect and is worthy of being popularized clinically.
